"EZ-Cloak Your Web Links"Several web sites claim that hijacking of links and commissions affects nearly one third of affiliate sales on-line. Then they offer software protection that cost upwards of $37 - $59, or subscriptions. You can do it yourself and save that money!This report shows several ways to cloak links, including the status bar and URL window, then how to encrypt the HTML code. Links that don't look like affiliate links are more likely to get sales. Recently, the author programmed "En-De-Code.exe", which can code plain text, including parts of HTML code, as decimal / unicode or hexadecimal, which can be processed by modern browsers, but which are not readable by casual viewers of the HTML code. Unlike some other code protectors, this one can reverse the process, as seen in screen shot.
